Top Workplaces (Opening Video)

Top Workplaces, in partnership with Energage, recognized 250 D.C.-area organizations based on anonymous employee feedback regarding culture, alignment, and execution. In 2020 and 2021, the program shifted from an in-person event to a fully streamed experience. I worked closely with the live events team and an external production partner to develop all on-screen graphics, shape the visual system for the broadcast, and lead the creation of the opening video.
